about

Our Programs at RHRC

Rolling Hills Recovery Center is dedicated to the success of recovering addicts and alcoholics.

1

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Rolling Hills Recovery Center defines Partial Care as group therapy attendance of 5 hours a day, six days a week, and a minimum of weekly individual sessions.

2

Co-Occurring Disorder Treatment

Many individuals suffer from mental health and substance use illnesses simultaneously, despite these disorders being fundamentally distinct.

3

Drug and Alcohol Rehab for Veterans

Many factors can contribute to veterans developing a dependency on narcotics or alcohol. Injuries, PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), and psychological problems are the most common causes. As a result, there is an urgent need to provide treatment and assistance for these widespread issues among veterans.

4

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Rolling Hills Recovery Center defines an Intensive Outpatient Program as group therapy attendance of nine to fifteen hours per week, 3- 5 days per week, 3 hours a day, and a minimum of weekly individual sessions. Regular family therapy sessions will be provided in cases where the family and client are willing to participate.

Our Community

At Rolling Hills Recovery Center, we view substance use disorders through a Biopsychosocial lens. This disorder is a complex combination of physiological, psychological, and environmental (social) aspects with a vital spiritual component. Based on our belief in the biopsychosocial model, we take a holistic approach to treatment. By holistic, we mean that we will integrate care to treat the person in totality, the physical psyche, and the social and spiritual needs of the individual.

We will work jointly with you at Rolling Hills Recovery Center to create a treatment experience. The treatment experience will be created by having you identify your treatment goals and informing your care by telling us what has worked for you in the past or what your needs are and what strategies would best meet your needs.

- We will pay particular attention to the culture of the individual.
- We will provide trauma-sensitive and gender-specific services.
- We will individualize care based on the stages of readiness and offer a continuum of care.

about

Our Therapies at RHRC

Rolling Hills Recovery Center is dedicated to the success of recovering addicts and alcoholics.

Group Therapy

Group therapy in a supportive environment is important for successfully treating alcoholism and drug addiction. Complementing it with other treatments like individual therapy, evidence-based treatments, and holistic treatments has proven effective for long-term recovery. We'll go through what group therapy is for substance abuse treatment and the advantages of engaging in it.

EMDR Therapy

EMDR therapy is a form of psychotherapy effective in treating trauma and PTSD. It is a relatively new therapy, having been developed in the 1980s. EMDR therapy works by helping the person process the traumatic event or events that have caused problems in their lives. The therapist will help the person focus on different aspects of the event and ask them to move their eyes back and forth.

Reiki Therapy

Reiki is an invisible energy that lives within every living organism.
Reiki has always existed and always will; the ultimate healing energy runs through us and corrects all the things that are not working correctly within us.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy in substance use involves one or more therapists for a single person struggling with addiction. Managing the individual's withdrawal and recovery may take a few more sessions. Medication and behavioral therapies work side by side toward the stable recovery of the individual.

Recreational Therapy

Recreational Therapy, also known as therapeutic recreation, is a set of creative, recreational activities designed to assist recovering addicts with their mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.

Massage Therapy

It's common for people in the early stages of recovery to encounter physical and emotional obstacles. Symptoms require medical management and ongoing treatment, which can be unpleasant. However, many treatments help one to heal, including massage therapy.

Rolling Hills is the best alcohol rehab in North Jersey. I have seen my share of places, and they exceed in services such as yoga and music therapy. The staff is fantastic—a massive shout out to Bobby, who situated me on my path. Kerri is a godsend, and I owe all the counselors an outstanding debt of gratitude. The techs are fantastic and care about the clients; Caroline goes above and beyond in all that she does! If you need rehab, don't give it a second thought. Go to Rolling Hills; you won't regret it!

When I was a visitor at Rolling Hills, I was so impressed by both the beautiful space and the warm, caring people that work there. The yoga/stretching room and the massage chair/zen room were both highlights that I enjoyed. The group therapy session that I played a part in with Doreen was fun and engaging! She made us think outside of the box and see things from a new perspective - I loved it. So kind and caring. Highly recommend Rolling Hills if you are ready to do the work this is the place to do it!
